Letter from the PTSA President

Dear Parents, Teachers, Students, and Staff,

The BAHS PTSA is only as strong as we make it, and we need your help to make it the best. We need volunteers in many capacities. We need those who love to bake, to serve others, to help the students get the extra touches that make their school year special. Please look over the volunteer form that should have come home with your child already (more are available in the office). Kindly choose an area, or more, that you would be willing to provide assistance. Return the form and someone will contact you when the need arises. A very easy way that you can help is to join the PTSA and allow your student to do the same. Adults are $10 and students are $5 for membership. Seniors are required to join and attend at least one meeting if they wish to apply for a BAHS Scholarship this year.

In addition, we have our annual Rose Sale which just concluded this past Friday. All money raised helps fund the many PTSA activities we have throughout the year. They are a huge hit! Assistance will be needed to prepare them and distribute them in October. Check the volunteer form for information.

Finally, money can be raised when you register your Giant and Target cards and select BAHS as the recipient. Donations are also very welcomed and appreciated. All money raised goes back to the students and staff in ways that support and reward them throughout the year. As a PTSA Member, we strongly encourage and sincerely welcome you to attend our monthly meetings. We will be meeting on the third Wednesday of every month with the exception of October (25th) and no meeting in December. Our contact information is listed on Edline on the PTSA page. Feel free to contact us at any time should you have any questions. Have a fantastic year!

Lisa Roberts
BAHS PTSA President

Support the PTSA

Register Your Giant Card

Register your “myGiant” shopping card from Giant grocer with Bel Air High School to enable automatic contributions to our school from Giant. Visit the A+ School Rewards Program website to register your card. Check your account online to verify the correct school assignment.

Remember, you can select up to 2 schools to support but BOTH schools must be entered at the time of designation (or when adding a school) or the last designation entered will negate the previous designation.

Register Your Target REDCard

You can register your Target REDcard with Bel Air High School. If you have not already registered call the customer service number on the back of the card and request that your REDcard be registered with Bel Air High School.

If you are obtaining a REDcard for the first time inside the store you can register with Bel Air High School at the time you sign up for the card.
